Calling us

Last updated: 10 September 2026

When you call us, an automatic assistant answers first. It takes your appointment request, can book, reschedule and cancel appointments, and answers questions about the studio.

What we hear and what we store

The sound of your call is processed during the call so the assistant can understand what you say. No audio recording of the call is stored. What is stored is the conversation as text, a short summary, your phone number, and the time and duration of the call. This information lands in the studio's inbox so our team knows what the call was about.

Matching to your account

If you are already a customer, we match the call to your account using your phone number.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to arrange your appointment (contract or pre-contractual measure, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and so our team can follow up on the conversation afterwards (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes the call

Our telephony provider Twilio connects the call. For the assistant to understand what is said, the conversation runs through an AI service by Google, hosted in a data centre in the EU.

Would rather speak to a person?

You don't have to talk to the assistant: send us a message by SMS or WhatsApp to the same number, or write us an email — a person will then get back to you.

Your rights

The same rights apply as described in our privacy policy — access, erasure, objection and more. Privacy policy
