A lot of what simply works here is software: the calendar, the booking, the phone, the proof on the label. Kreiseck built it — here is what each piece does.

Booking around the clock
The booking calendar on this site shows the real free times from our calendar, not a request we answer the next day. Book at two in the morning and the appointment is yours at two in the morning.

The app
Appointments, stamp card, coffee and receipts in one app for iPhone and Android. It runs on the same calendar as the booking on this site and as our calendar in the studio.

Lena on the phone
When you call, Lena answers first: an automated service that takes bookings and passes messages on to us. Lena is not a member of staff and can misunderstand something — then we get back to you ourselves.

What we use in the studio is available for home in our own shop. The shop is not someone else’s platform; it is part of the same technology.

The proof on the label
Every sterilised instrument gets a label with a code. Scan it and you see the date, the device and the check. Label and proof page come from the same software as the calendar.
