The free times you see in the app are the free times in our calendar. Book at two in the morning and the appointment is yours at two in the morning.
That is why booking takes so little time: pick, confirm, done.
What else the app does
Reschedule instead of cancelling. If something comes up, pick another free time in the app. No phone call needed, and the appointment is not lost.
A reminder before your appointment. The app gets in touch in good time so nothing slips through.
The stamp card. Every visit earns a stamp, a full card a reward. It lives in the app instead of your handbag — so you cannot forget it, and it cannot get lost.
Pre-order your coffee. Tell us how you like it beforehand and we know before you walk through the door. We always have oat milk.
Appointments and receipts. What has been and what is coming is in the app. The receipts for your appointments are right there too.
If you would rather talk
You do not have to use it. The app is an offer, not a requirement: booking works just as well here on the website, and you can call us. Lena, our automated assistant, answers first — it takes your request and we get back to you. What Lena is and what it can do is on our technology page.
